Thomas Lee, Esq.

Thomas focuses his practice on immigration and business law. Before opening his law firm, Thomas worked as an attorney at large law firms in Seoul, Korea (Lee & Ko) and Seattle (Garvey, Schubert & Barer), and at the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration in Washington D.C. He also worked as a lecturer in U.S. law at the Catholic University in Seoul, Korea and was a judicial clerk at the Washington Supreme Court in Olympia, WA. In addition, during law school, Thomas was a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice and at the General Counsel's Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in Washington, D.C.

Thomas is the author of "U.S. Visas for Nurses", which was published in Korea in 2009
(Koonja Publishing). In addition, he has presented seminars regarding U.S. investment and trade law and immigration at the Seoul Bar Association, Korea Chamber of Commerce, Seoul Coex Convention Center, nursing colleges, banks and at Portland's World Trade Center, and his articles on immigration and business law have been published in various local, Korean and Canadian media such as Lady Kyunghyang and Living Sense magazines, Euihak Shinmun, Media Hankook, Real Estate Bank, Kyocharo, Vancouver Yoohak and the Christian Daily Newspaper.
